In his youth, Executive Chef John Eisenhart was more interested in classic cars than cooking, so he started washing dishes in a local pizzeria to pay for his 1965 Mustang. Little did he know that after-school job would launch him into a food career, with stints in San Francisco and New York, not to mention a yearlong culinary tour through Italy. Constantly innovating in the kitchen, Chef Eisenhart has been with Pazzo since 2003, where he’s known for clean and simple dishes.
